Roel Sanchez, the owner, has the following qualifications: · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Cal Poly Pomona · fifteen + years of experience in software development · ten + years of experience as player/coach in various city basketball leagues · eight + years of experience teaching/tutoring children ages six to sixteen · one year of experience as a math teacher for Franklin High School in Los Angeles · one season’s experience as basketball coach at Holy Family Grade School in Glendale · current United States Chess Federation rating of 1652 All teachers and tutors are furthering their education by attending college classes, workshops, and in-service training sessions. All teachers and tutors have degrees or are working towards a degree. All teachers and tutors have previous experience working with students.
