The certificate is signed by President George W. Bush and is awarded to graduating students who get an 85% or higher on the ITBS – RS., parent Due to your fantastic math program and instruction, both Anthony and Christopher got 600 (perfect score) in their star test. Alexander got 500 something (569) which is at the above average range. My 3rd grader's Iowa (ITBS) test score in Math went up from 49% the previous year to 73% this year. More notably, her Math Computation score went up from 46% the previous year to 98% this year. My 6th grader's Iowa test score in Math went up from 34% the previous year to 88% this year. Her Math Computation score went up from 20% last year to 99% this year.
